Client had a PC whose Hard drive was in failure
Data could still be accessed but only on occasion
Diagnosed and determined HD based on sound was in early stages of failure
Obtained a replacement drive
Copied data from old to new drive
Installed new drive
PC and programs work fine with no loss of data
