I have known Lionel Spearman for approximately a year and in that time he has proved himself to be a truly caring individual. Mr. Spearman is at all times professional and has shown a deep concern for the welfare of others. I have found Lionel to have a sharp mind and a very high level of integrity; he holds himself to a higher standard than is often found today.
